Lina provides an AI-native platform for generating legal documents, including but not limited to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), employment contracts, and corporate documents under German and EU law.

Our Services may also include optional attorney review, where qualified German attorneys review AI-generated documents for accuracy and compliance. Attorney review services are subject to additional terms and fees.

Paid features are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by German law, Lina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
